Donatello Pirlo
Managing PartnerDonatello founded Statura in 2015.
He has over 20 years experience in assisting clients with their trust, international tax and structuring needs. His varied knowledge base spans family wealth, corporate clients and business owners.
Donatello holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Taxation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and he is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner member of STEP London.
Paolo Mina'
PartnerPaolo co-founded Statura and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and has been advising clients on UK and international tax matters for over 20 years.
Having started his career as a UK tax advisor with one of the Big 5 Accounting Firms, Paolo then joined the in-house tax department of one the world's top 10 Telecommunications Companies where he added a deeper understanding of international tax to his skills set. Since 2005 Paolo has been a Managing Director / Partner of boutique Chartered Accountancy and Tax Advisory Practices specialising in assisting both corporate and private clients (primarily UK resident non-domiciled individuals).
Paolo's main area of expertise, where he combines technical knowledge with a practical approach, include UK tax advisory and compliance, individuals' pre-immigration planning, UK property holding structures, UK holding companies' regime and corporate reorganisations, indirect taxes.
Guido Ravaglia
PartnerGuido is Partner of Statura since 2016.
He advises both corporate and private clients on all aspects of international taxation. He has a particular expertise in corporate reorganisations, UK holding's company regime and group tax planning. He also regularly assists overseas companies and entrepreneurs setting up in the UK.
Before joining Statura, Guido worked for a Big 4 Accounting Firm and for an American Investment Bank.
Guido is a qualified Chartered Accountant both in the UK and Italy. He holds a Master in International Taxation from University of London and a Master in Tax Law from Bocconi University in Milan.
Barbara Invernizzi
Senior ManagerBarbara is a qualified Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and qualified Dottore Commercialista member of the ODCEC in Italy. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK.
Having started her career in a medium size tax and accounting firm in Milan, since 2008 she has been part of boutique Chartered Accountancy and Tax Advisory Practices in London assisting both corporate and private clients.
In 2017 Barbara joined Statura, where she oversees a portfolio of private clients (primarily UK resident non-domiciled individuals and real estate investors) assisting on all aspects of UK personal taxation and related international tax issues. Barbara also regularly assists multinational groups on complex accounting and tax matters.
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English.
Daniele Alvino
Senior ManagerDaniele is a competent all-rounder Chartered Accountant able to cover several areas of the accounting profession, although his area of preference and expertise is indirect taxation.
He oversees a portfolio of corporate clients in relation to a full range of accounting and tax matters (indirect taxation, payroll, Construction Industry Scheme, corporate taxation).
Daniele has been in the UK for nearly 20 years and before joining Statura, he has worked in the finance department of a top 50 UK entity (FMCG industry) and for a top 30 UK Audit, Accounting and Tax Practice in London.
Daniele holds a degree in Political Sciences with a specialisation in International Economy and he’s a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK.
His mother tongue is Italian, but he also speaks fluent English.
Eugenio Edgar Contarini
Senior ManagerEugenio has extensive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, and corporate governance. He has worked for over 15 years dealing with complex international corporate situations with a strong focus on group financial reporting.
Before joining Statura, Eugenio has worked for leading accountancy practices in Italy, Switzerland, and the UK and for a top 10 European investment bank.
Eugenio holds a master's degree in accounting and finance from Cambridge Business School and a second master’s degree in international business law from the same institution and he is currently enrolled in the PhD program at the University of Northampton.
He is a certified public accountant, registered in the UK, Australia and Italy, and a Chartered Manager in the UK.
His mother tongue is Italian, but he also speaks fluent English.
Martina Bighellini
Senior AssociateMartina joined Statura in 2022 as a Senior Associate in the Accounting and Tax department.
Before joining Statura, Martina has worked for primary international tax law firms in Milan providing a wide range of accounting, tax and business advisory services. In 2020, she co-authored the book entitled “BREXIT: tax issues and opportunities for the Italian tax practitioners” published by Wolters Kluwer Italy.
At Statura she is regularly involved in a variety of professional activities for UK corporate entities and multinational groups. She focuses on complex accounting and tax issues, tax Due Diligence and M&A transactions. Her main areas of expertise include corporate taxation, indirect taxation, consolidation of accounts, intra-group accounting and tax reporting.
Holding a MSc in Corporate Tax Law from Università Cattolica of Milan, Martina is currently studying to become a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English.
Maria Tammaro
Senior AssociateMaria joined Statura in 2021 as Associate in the Accounting and Tax department.
Having started her carrier at an Accounting and Tax Specialist Boutique, she is now primarily focused on the production of company Management Accounts, payroll and construction industry scheme returns, indirect taxes.
With a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Control, Maria is currently studying towards her Chartered Accountant qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English.
Francesca Graziosi
AssociateFrancesca joined Statura in 2021 as an Associate in the Accounting and Tax department.
She is regularly involved in a variety of professional activities both for corporate and private clients. She is focusing primarily on accounts preparation, corporate taxation, and paralegal activities.
Before joining Statura, Francesca gained a significant experience in the Audit department of a BIG 4, and in the UK in-house Accounting department of a large Japanese semiconductor company.
Francesca holds a double degree in Law and Business Management, from L.U.I.S.S. University (Rome). She is a European qualified Solicitor and she is currently studying to become a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Giuseppe Saverio Di Bartolo
AssociateGiuseppe joined Statura in 2022 as an Associate in the Accounting and Tax department.
He is regularly involved in various professional activities for both corporate and private clients, focusing on UK, European and international taxation.
Prior to joining Statura, Giuseppe worked in the tax department of a Big 4 firm.
Giuseppe holds a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from the Catholic University of Milan and completed his Erasmus program at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid (ICADE).
He is currently studying to become a qualified Chartered Accountant.
His mother tongue is Italian, but he also speaks fluent English.
Monica De Maina
AssociateMonica joined our Accounting and Tax team in 2020. She is an accountant with over fifteen years’ experience focusing on payroll taxes, indirect taxes, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and bookkeeping.
Before joining Statura Group, Monica has worked for a boutique Accounting and Tax Advisory Practice in London.
She was born and raised in South Africa and she completed her studies in Accounting in the UK.
Her mother tongue is English, but she also speaks fluent Italian.
John Ioannou
Tax Compliance OfficerJohn is a tax compliance officer with 20 years’ experience in accounting and tax practices.
He is responsible for the liaison with HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House and regularly supports senior staff and clients with a full range of compliance and administration services. John gained extensive operative experience supporting qualified Chartered Accountants in relation to personal taxation, corporate taxation, indirect taxation, accounts preparation and auditing.
Before joining Statura, John worked for boutique Accounting and Tax Advisory Practices in London
John holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance.
His mother tongue is English, but he also speaks fluent Greek.
Emily Tyrrell
ManagerAs a Manager in our corporate services and trusts team, Emily assists our clients with a full range of statutory and company secretarial services. She also focuses on trust related issues being regularly involved in the management of complex trust structures.
Before joining Statura, Emily has worked for one of the leading international corporate service providers.
She holds a master’s degree in Law, a Certificate in Law and Practice and has obtained a LL.M at Kings College London, with a focus on International and Comparative Trust Law and International Tax Law.
She fluently speaks English and Italian.
Ilaria Amoruso
Senior Associate
As an Associate in the Corporate Services and Trust team, Ilaria regularly assists our corporate clients with company secretarial activities and statutory registrations as well as dealing with Companies House.
She ensure that clients comply with their legal statutory requirements and she also provides administrative support on various matters.
Ilaria has previously worked for another accounting and tax practice in London and she has completed a CSP qualification (company secretarial and share registration practice) with King's College of Business.
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English.
Maria Limpido
AssociateMaria assists clients with company formations and preparation of a wide range of statutory documents. She is also regularly involved in Trust administration matters.
Before joining Statura, Maria has worked for a boutique accountancy practice in London.
She holds a master’s degree in Law and a Certificate in Legal Studies.
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English.
Lena Andrada Graur
Billing AdministratorLena is an experienced Billing Administrator with over five years’ experience in the industry.
Before joining Statura, Lena gained a significant experience in the Billing department of a corporate service provider in London.
Lena is a strong analytical professional with a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Padua (Italy).
Her mother tongue is Romanian, but she also speaks fluent English and Italian.
Federica Monaco
Administrative Assistant and PAAs Administrative Assistant and PA, Federica ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and provides partners with extensive administrative and personal support, including office management, vendor relations, appointment scheduling, travel coordination, and conference organisation.
Prior to joining Statura, she worked for a US multinational law firm, managing the front desk team and supporting the facilities team.
She is currently studying for a BA (Honours) in Business Management at the Open University.
Her mother tongue is Italian, but she also speaks fluent English.
