Emily Tyrrell
ManagerAs a manager in our Corporate Services and Trusts team, Emily assists clients with a full range of statutory and company secretarial services. She also specialises in trust-related matters and is regularly involved in the administration of complex trust structures.
Prior to joining Statura, Emily worked for one of the leading international professional services firms.
She holds a Master's Degree in Law, a Certificate in Law and Practice and an LL.M. from Kings College London, specialising in International and Comparative Trust Law and International Tax Law.
She speaks fluent English and Italian.
Ilaria Amoruso
Senior AssociateAs a Senior Associate in the Corporate Services and Trust team, Ilaria regularly assists our corporate clients with company secretarial work and statutory registrations, as well as dealing with Companies House.
She ensures that clients comply with their statutory requirements and also provides administrative support on various matters.
Ilaria previously worked for another accountancy and tax practice in London and has a CCSP qualification from King's College of Business.
Her mother tongue is Italian but she is also fluent in English.
Maria Limpido
AssociateMaria assists clients with company formation and the preparation of a wide range of statutory documents. She is also regularly involved in trust administration matters.
Prior to joining Statura, Maria worked for a boutique accountancy firm in London.
She holds a Master's Degree in Law and a Certificate in Legal Studies.
Her mother tongue is Italian but she is also fluent in English.
Federica Monaco
Executive AssistantAs Executive Assistant, Federica ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provides extensive administrative and personal support to the partners, including office management, vendor relations, diary management, travel coordination and conference organisation.
Prior to joining Statura, Federica worked for a US multinational law firm where she managed the front desk team and supported the facilities team.
She is currently studying for a BA (Honours) in Business Management at the Open University.
Her mother tongue is Italian but she is also fluent in English.
Lena Andrada Graur
Billing AdministratorLena is an experienced Billing Administrator with over five years of experience in the industry.
Prior to joining Statura, Lena gained significant experience in the billing department of a corporate services provider in London.
Lena is a strong analytical professional with a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Padua (Italy).
Her mother tongue is Romanian, but she is also fluent in English and Italian.
